Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients in the legal industry on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks
  • Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
  • Report performance metrics to stakeholders, including strategy recommendations to improve performance
  • Conduct competitive client research to position iLawyer Marketing clients ahead of their competitors
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests
  • Conduct keyword research and ad copy development to support campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative campaign strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
  • Support the Paid Media Director in day-to-day campaign management tasks
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and additional job duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years proven experience developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, display, social, video, etc.) tailored to legal industry
  • Deep understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization within the legal digital marketing space
  • Experience managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently, including forecasting, pacing, performance reporting
  • Proficiency with advanced tracking and attribution models (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.)
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising
  • Ability to translate complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with paid media trends, platform updates, automation tools, and emerging ad formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
