Job Summary

Own the paid ads lifecycle for live comedy events, balancing multi‑platform campaigns and real‑time optimization to meet ticket sales benchmarks and attendance goals.

  • Campaign Management: Build and optimize daily programs across Google, Meta, TikTok, Eventbrite, and related platforms.
  • Growth & Optimization: Adjust audience targeting, budgets, and creative in real time to hit conversions and attendance thresholds.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and optimizing daily paid ads through Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
  • Creating paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Eventbrite, and additional digital platforms daily to promote multiple comedy shows daily.
  • Monitor ticket sales daily and adjust advertising strategy, audience targeting, budgets, and creative in real time to ensure shows reach ticket sales benchmarks and attendance thresholds.
  • Develop and implement SMS/text marketing campaigns to drive conversions, repeat attendance, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and promotional strategies to improve performance and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition data, and audience behavior to identify actionable insights and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with representatives across Google, Meta, Eventbrite, and other marketing platforms, along with continuously researching trends to stay informed on evolving best practices and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with social media, design, and production teams to execute marketing campaigns across all channels.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE 1-2 years experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability-driven, data-driven results.
  • Must be work-authorized in the US.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, CRM systems, email and SMS marketing, and social analytics, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Eventbrite, MailChimp, Canva, and more.
  • Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, be flexible, and execute quickly in a live-events environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in performance marketing, live events, entertainment, or experiential marketing is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial or side-project experience is a plus.
  • Previous marketing agency experience highly encouraged.
