Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
  • Market our services to potential referral sources, ensuring a strong presence in the community.
  • Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and conveying the benefits of our services.
  • Act as the primary liaison between A Place at Home and the community.
  • Represent A Place at Home at industry events, community gatherings, and other networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and implement marketing plans.
  • Participate in regular coaching and training sessions to enhance skills and drive performance.
  • Utilize KPIs and scorecards to monitor and improve performance.
