Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical offices, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources
  • Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners
  • Track and analyze referral trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Represent AllOne Healthcare at health fairs, community events, employer wellness events, and networking meetings
  • Coordinate workshops, injury-prevention talks, and educational presentations
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, gyms, and senior communities
  • Assist with creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters, digital content)
  • Support social media presence, online reviews, and local advertising efforts
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with company values
  • Maintain accurate outreach logs and referral activity reports

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, business development, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Preferred

  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare services
  • Knowledge of referral-based healthcare marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems, EMRs, or healthcare marketing analytics
