Job Summary
Own and optimize monthly lead-data operations that feed marketing campaigns, combining clean imports, audits, and SOP-driven processes to ensure accurate data for targeted pipelines and website capture.
- Lead Data Operations: import from external sources into the CRM and maintain data accuracy.
- Data Hygiene & Pipelines: audit, clean, and develop high-quality prospect pools to boost campaign performance.
- Program & Website Collaboration: support lead-gen initiatives and maintain lead capture workflows for seamless data collection.
Job Description
Support data quality and pipeline construction for marketing leads, coordinating data entry, audits, and SOP-driven processes to feed targeted campaigns and website capture workflows.
- Lead data operations: monthly import of leads from ZoomInfo into the CRM and accurate data entry.
- Data quality: lead audits, cleanup, and database management to maintain integrity.
- Prospect pipelines: assist in identifying and developing high-quality prospects across defined audiences to boost campaign performance.
- Program support: partner with marketing on lead generation initiatives tied to specific programs.
- Website capture: help set up and maintain lead capture workflows for seamless data collection.
