Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of our Meta Ads Manager account—handling setup, structuring, budgeting, and scaling.
  • Brainstorm, hook, and map out compelling ad concepts targeted directly at our audience (athletes, parents, and coaches).
  • Regularly audit past performance to figure out exactly what’s working, what’s bleeding cash, and where the low-hanging fruit is.
  • Continuously track key performance indicators (ROAS, CAC, CTR) and aggressively optimize bids, audiences, and creatives to maximize budget efficiency.
  • Run smart, lean tests to prove concepts before scaling spend.

Requirements

  • You live in the St. Petersburg / Tampa Bay area and are available for occasional syncs.
  • You have a deep understanding of or passion for college sports, athletic recruiting, or the student-athlete journey.
  • You already know your way around Meta Ads Manager. You understand custom audiences, pixel tracking, lookalikes, and CBO/ABO strategies.
  • You don’t need a micromanager. You see a problem, audit it, propose the strategy, and execute.
  • You can analyze a spreadsheet to see why a campaign is failing, but you also know what kind of visual hook makes a user stop scrolling.
