Job Summary

Own and lead digital marketing projects for biotech, medtech and pharma clients, shaping strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering client-ready performance reporting across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Act as the project lead for several biotech, medtech and pharma clients
Define and execute digital marketing strategies across channels
Coordinate project execution with designers, developers, and ad specialists
Ensure campaigns meet agreed objectives and timelines
Prepare and present performance reports to clients
Continuously improve delivery workflows and client satisfaction

Requirements

A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing
2 years of experience in digital marketing, project management or consulting
Experience delivering web development projects with Elementor/WordPress
Experience in branding and social media execution
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
A proactive mindset and desire to grow professionally

Salary range: €3,000 – €4,000 gross per month
8% holiday allowance + 8% monthly pension allowance
36-hour workweek (every other Friday off)
