Job Summary
Own physician-led growth and market expansion inside a large academic health system by shaping referral, community, and market tactics; drive service-line initiatives and strong partnerships with executives and physicians.

- Strategy & planning: lead market analysis and business plans to enable expansion across service lines.
- Cross-functional collaboration: align with Medical Group, executives, and service line leaders to pursue new and expanded providers and care delivery.

Responsibilities

- Plays a central role in the Medical Group's strategic planning process, leading market analysis, contributing to service line initiatives, and building business plans that support sustainable expansion.
- Collaborates with Medical Group, executives, and service line leaders to identify and advance opportunities for new and expanded providers, services, and care delivery.
