Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital acquisition workflow, driving efficient, attributed campaigns across mobile DSPs and programmatic partners while building a data-driven testing cadence to lift CPA and scale user acquisition.

  • Growth/Acquisition: Manage daily optimization, pacing, targeting, and bid strategies across DSPs and partners.
  • Measurement & Attribution: Enforce accurate tracking with Appsflyer and Campaign Manager, ensuring data integrity across channels.
  • Iteration & Testing: Lead structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding to surface measurable CPA improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and day-to-day optimization of digital acquisition campaigns across mobile DSPs, programmatic partners, and other paid digital channels.
  • Work with third-party vendors and platforms to enforce campaign efficiency, proper attribution, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Assist in programmatic campaign management across DSPs (Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, DV360, etc.), including audience targeting, bid strategy, pacing, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Lead creative trafficking and asset management processes with internal and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and properly tracked campaign delivery.
  • Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting — going beyond surface-level metrics to identify trends, diagnose inefficiencies, and surface actionable optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive measurable CPA improvements and incremental performance gains.
  • Maintain precise campaign setup and tracking standards using Appsflyer, Campaign Manager and other tools, ensuring attribution accuracy and data integrity across all channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign goals, measurement frameworks, messaging strategy and testing roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing, with direct, hands-on programmatic buying experience required.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset — you are fluent in analyzing performance data, and capable of translating complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns through DSPs such as Amazon, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, DV360, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and comfort working in large data sets. SQL Knowledge a plus
  • Experience with mobile app acquisition and MMPs(Appsflyer, Singular, ect)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline — able to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Passion for sports, gaming, or the Fanatics brand is a plus.
