Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Own campaign setup, structuring, budgeting, and optimisation across multiple ad accounts.
• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion).
• Translate business goals into scalable paid media plans focused on revenue growth and efficiency.
• Launch and manage campaigns for product drops, promotions, and seasonal launches.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimise towards ROAS, CPA, CAC, and MER targets.
• Conduct daily budget allocation adjustments based on performance data.
• Scale winning campaigns while identifying and cutting underperforming ads quickly.
• Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, hooks, formats, and landing pages.
• Identify performance trends and proactively implement optimisation strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or paid social roles.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok.
• Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce performance marketing.
• Proven ability to optimise campaigns towards ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.
• Experience working with creative teams on ad testing and iteration.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Highly organised with strong execution and prioritisation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred

• Experience within fashion, activewear, beauty, fitness, or DTC consumer brands.
• Experience scaling paid media budgets from mid to high spend levels.
• Familiarity with attribution tools, analytics platforms, and ecommerce tracking.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth brand environment.
• Understanding of TikTok creative trends and Meta performance dynamics.
