Job Summary

Drive paid media strategy and execution for a DTC/telehealth growth program.

  • Own end-to-end paid media across Google, Meta, and native channels with CAC/ROAS targets.
  • Must-have: 3+ years of hands-on DTC media buying with $100k+ monthly budgets.
  • Standout: Telehealth or subscription/recurring-revenue experience with clear reporting impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across a variety of channels including, but not limited to, Google Search (PPC), Google Display Network (GDN), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and native advertising platforms.
  • Manage and optimize monthly media budgets exceeding six figures, with a relentless focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Conduct deep audience research and segmentation to identify high-value targeting opportunities across all channels.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests for ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, iterate, and deploy ad assets that perform — from static display to video and native formats.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in real time.
  • Build and maintain detailed performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Research, evaluate, and onboard new channels and traffic sources to diversify and scale acquisition efforts.
  • Stay current on platform algorithm updates, policy changes, and emerging media buying trends.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience with a strong emphasis on direct-to- consumer (DTC) brands — agency experience alone will not be sufficient; we need someone who has lived inside a DTC or telehealth business and owned the numbers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing monthly budgets of $100,000 or more with accountability for KPIs.
  • Proven track record driving patient acquisition and retention for subscription or recurring-revenue products.
  • Familiarity with telehealth industry regulations, compliance considerations, and advertising restrictions across platforms (e.g., Meta and Google health-related ad policies).
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with native advertising platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Sigma, or comparable BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and pixel implementation (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
  • Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar).
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube pre-roll campaigns.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo).
  • Background in direct response, lead generation, telehealth, or e-commerce/DTC verticals.
  • Experience marketing subscription products including trial-to-paid funnels, churn reduction campaigns, and LTV optimization.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and landing page best practices.
