Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and publish short form video content on TikTok and/or Instagram Reels promoting Alpha's
- Develop authentic, engaging content that resonates with young men interested in dating and self improvement
- Communicate and meet with our team on content ideas and performance
Requirements
- Past experience creating social media content with consistently high viewership
- Strong understanding of short form video trends and what drives engagement
- Understanding of marketing and advertising concepts
- Familiarity with men's dating, confidence, mindset and self improvement niches
- Strong communicator and easy to work with
Preferred
- Wants a real portfolio piece from an actual product launch
- Is confident creating engaging short form video content
- Understands the dating, confidence, or self improvement space
- Is motivated by results and wants to earn based on performance
