Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with structured listening sessions with cross-functional teams to understand current workflows, tools, and pain points; inform the marketing operations roadmap
  • Synthesize interview notes into actionable insights and process maps that capture current-state marketing operations
  • Assist with research and documentation supporting the evaluation of marketing technology platforms and tools
  • Help organize and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow reference materials
  • Data quality assurance and quality control within the CRM; data entry and cleanup across clients, contacts, opportunities, projects, and employee areas of a relational database
  • Support marketing, business development and/or proposal data and reporting requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processes and support AI-driven automation initiatives (e.g., leveraging Copilot or similar tools)
  • Assist in exploring or building simple AI-powered workflows or 'agents' to enhance team efficiency
  • Learn industry-specific marketing and CRM tracking techniques and best practices
  • Conduct research projects that provide valuable insights into market trends, competition, and client needs

Requirements

  • Major in Marketing or closely related field preferred
  • Current enrollment in a community college, college, or university pursuing a certificate of proficiency, Associates degree, or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Individuals who completed a bachelor’s degree within 12 months of May 1, 2026 will also be considered
  • Applicants pursuing a master’s degree will also be considered; Ph.D. candidates are not eligible
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Experience with SharePoint software helpful
  • 40 hours per week availability during summer 2026

Preferred

  • Experience with SharePoint software
  • Strong Excel skills are helpful
  • Experience with AI-driven automation initiatives or Copilot awareness
