Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key operating partner on the Search and Maps Marketing team, driving strategic analysis and business operations.
  • Support annual marketing planning, including delivering analysis to inform strategic priorities and helping to build the business case for resources for key stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute high priority strategic projects and initiatives that address critical/evolving needs of the Search and Maps Marketing business and leadership team.
  • Manage and track key team resources, including strategic measurement and reporting initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting or strategy and operations in tech.
  • Experience in working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex, ambiguous projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving business needs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex analysis to simple communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, flexing across both senior stakeholders and on-the-ground execution.
