Job Summary

Own website optimization, tagging, and analytics readiness across multiple properties, turning UX improvements and data-driven tests into higher conversions and better local visibility.

Website optimization and landing-page experiments across WordPress properties.
GTM implementation, script validation, and conversion-event support across ad platforms.
GA4 reporting, CRO testing, and performance dashboards to drive ongoing improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Website Optimization: Implement ongoing website updates, optimization, and maintenance across WordPress websites
Website Optimization: Build, update, and optimize landing pages
Website Optimization: Maintain website content, forms, and overall site functionality across multiple brands
Website Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to website
Website Optimization: Support UX/UI improvements and conversion-focused optimization initiatives across websites and landing pages
Conversion Tracking and Marketing Technology: Support the implementation and maintenance of Google Tag Manager (GTM) across multiple properties and digital experiences
Conversion Tracking and Marketing Technology: Deploy, validate, and troubleshoot tracking scripts for Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms
Conversion Tracking and Marketing Technology: Monitor conversion tracking accuracy
Conversion Tracking and Marketing Technology: Assist with the implementation of conversion events
Conversion Tracking and Marketing Technology: Support troubleshooting of marketing technology integrations

Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or another related field
Must have at least two to five (2-5)+ years of experience in digital marketing, web optimization, marketing analytics, or a related role
Must have hands-on experience working within WordPress environment
Must have experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and digital marketing platforms
Must have an understanding of website structure, landing pages, user experience, and conversion-focused optimization
Must have the ability to troubleshoot website issues, tracking discrepancies, and digital performance problems independently
Must have strong analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Must be able to complete a background check deemed acceptable by the Company
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A working understanding of SEO fundamentals is preferred
