Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client events, golf tournaments, tradeshows, and promotions from start to finish, including regular local travel to event sites
• Manage marketing event supplies, novelties and tradeshow inventory
• Coordinate local sporting event attendance and client entertainment
• Support branch-wide marketing initiatives as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in event coordination and marketing a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
