Drive marketing activities as a Marketing Specialist to grow TLC Engineering Solutions’ client engagement and project opportunities.

Own CRM maintenance, client outreach, and project page creation.
Must-have: 3+ years in marketing with RFP/RFQ experience in A/E fields.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintaining the client relationship management (CRM) system
Identifying potential clients and projects
Creating project pages
Leading the RFP / RFQ process
Executing client-facing events

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of marketing related experience (architecture, engineering, and construction industry experience preferred)
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong writing and editing skills
Flexibility to work within varying deadlines and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
Experience leading the RFP / RFQ process through the presentation phase
Proven ability to collaborate and communicate professionally with integrity including confidentiality with sensitive information
Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
A basic understanding of the intricacies of engineering and design consulting services and day to day operations

Preferred

An accredited bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related
