Job Summary

Own and manage cross-functional marketing projects from concept to completion, while coordinating events, calendars, and campaigns to meet brand standards and business objectives.

  • Lead marketing projects across Sales, Brand, and external partners to deliver on timelines and quality.
  • Plan and execute events and promotional activities, and maintain marketing calendars.
  • Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives with Sales, Category Management, Brand, and external partners
  • Support planning and execution of company events, including Sales Meetings (GSMs), Food Shows, and Supplier Forums
  • Build and maintain marketing calendars for campaigns, social media, events, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, including newsletters, presentations, sales materials, and other branded communications
  • Build and maintain the social media content calendar while tracking engagement and campaign performance
  • Manage the Ferraro Shop promotional calendar, banners, and e-commerce marketing activities
  • Track supplier marketing commitments and coordinate vendor participation for company events
  • Conduct competitive market research by monitoring products, pricing, trends, promotions, and competitor activity
  • Track marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing presentations and marketing communications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with Canva
  • Experience with social media management platforms
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike
  • Experience planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, or supplier events
