Job Summary
Own the social content engine for an education brand across multiple platforms, aligning with admissions on campaigns and events while driving engagement and inquiries through data-driven content optimization.

Responsibilities
- Plan and create digital marketing content for platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and short-form video channels
- Develop marketing strategies and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and student enrollment
- Create engaging content related to school programs, student life, academics, and campus activities
- Manage and maintain the school’s social media platforms and online presence
- Collaborate with the admissions and school teams on promotional campaigns and events
- Analyze social media performance and optimize content strategies accordingly
- Support school events, Open House activities, and other marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Background in Digital Marketing within the education industry
- Strong content planning and content creation skills
- Experience with platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and short-form video content
- Previous work experience in the United States required
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with American teams
- Creative, organized, and familiar with social media trends and audience engagement
