Job Summary

Own and orchestrate end-to-end marketing and communications for key accounts and corporate initiatives, aligning with sales and SMEs to turn customer and business needs into impactful assets, campaigns, and executive-ready presentations.

  • Marketing Execution: Lead collateral, presentations, newsletters, RFPs, events, and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Content & Channel Planning: Plan and deliver content across websites, emails, and e-newsletters to support internal partners and corporate initiatives.
  • Strategy & Insights: Advise on total cost of care and customer experience; analyze utilization trends and propose cross-functional solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drives marketing strategy for key accounts, internal partners, or corporate projects in consultation with sales and SMEs, and leads the execution of marketing and communications deliverables (B2B) such as collateral, letters, placemats, presentations, newsletters, RFP responses, promotions, sponsorship events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Provides counsel to sales and marketing leaders on solutions to strategic business or customer issues related to total cost of care and customer experience.
  • Implements marketing strategies and develops materials to support internal partners and corporate initiatives, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications and Creative teams to create product collateral for client meetings, webinars, campaigns, events, and brand promotions.
  • Plans content and delivery for customer-facing channels like websites, emails, and e-newsletters.
  • Provides input to the Independence value proposition, offering feedback on emerging client trends and needs.
  • Develops presentations and materials for sales and IBX-sponsored events and initiatives.
  • Drives timeline, strategy, and creation of presentations, marketing materials, and communications for key accounts and corporate projects in consultation with sales or the relevant business area.
  • Leads internal discussions on utilization trends, derives insights, and develops proposed solutions with cross-functional input from sales, informatics, medical management, product, and underwriting.
  • Facilitates dry run meetings before high-profile presentations or IBC storytelling modules to ensure content and speaking notes are aligned.
  • Develops communication strategy for asset items such as digital communications, quarterly and annual communications, RFP finalist responses, and customized campaigns to support corporate initiatives and key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Ability to draw insights from utilization reports and identify solutions.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage relationships up and down in a large corporate structure.
  • Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.

This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid” model. While associates may work remotely on our designated remote days, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey or Pennsylvania
