Job Summary
Coordinate marketing ops and CRM-driven performance across branding, client engagement, and event programs, turning feedback and sales data into actionable improvements for marketing and partnerships.
- Own CRM data quality, reporting, and alignment with branding efforts to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor client engagement, SEO, and event planning to optimize content and program outcomes.
- Collaborate with CRO/product teams and supplier partners to align messaging, MDF funding uses, and performance analytics.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with CRO and product teams to develop branding messages
- Manages CRM system to have appropriate fields and reporting
- Liaison with supplier partners to track and suggest uses for MDF funding
- Collects and compiles client feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership
- Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives
- Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis Implements and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing
- Tracks client engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
- Coordination and planning of client events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, business, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of CRM software
- Experience with overseeing social media campaign schedules
- Ability to analyze sales trends and present recommendations to leadership
- Strong understanding of KPI’s as related to social media
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
