Job Summary

Own the content and proposal readiness workflow for RFP responses, coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping a centralized template library up to date to ensure fast, high-quality submittals.

Manage multi-location collaboration to assemble marketing docs, SF330s, and presentation materials for bids.
Maintain templates and CRM content to speed submittals and consistency.
Align with internal teams to meet tight deadlines and ensure proposal quality.

Responsibilities\n

Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
Assist with various other marketing-related tasks

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently when needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
