Job Summary

Own the end to end lead generation and performance measurement across paid, organic, and partnerships with tight budget control and CRM attribution.

  • Own multiple channels and attribution in CRM to drive qualified leads and optimize CAC.
  • Track KPIs and report ROI to leadership to steer campaigns and budget.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaigns, vendor performance, and revenue growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor lead generation channels including Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Direct Mail, Referral Programs, Community Partnerships, and Third-Party Lead Providers.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as Lead volume, Cost per lead, Cost per booked appointment, CAC, conversion rates, and Marketing ROI.
  • Maintain marketing budgets and ensure spending stays within approved targets.
  • Evaluate lead quality and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
  • Hold marketing vendors and agencies accountable for performance and results.
  • Maintain accurate lead-source attribution within the company CRM systems.
  • Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports for leadership.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Identify new opportunities to generate qualified leads and increase revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends; support brand awareness and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, business analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
