Own the end to end lifecycle automation design and production readiness, turning complex journeys into clear activation and safe live changes.

  • Lifecycle design and branching: craft journeys with entry/exit criteria, timing, and content logic.
  • Automation production: build and QA journeys in marketing automation platforms, with real time triggers and sales alerts.
  • Decisioning and governance: tune scoring thresholds, wait steps, MQL triggers, and change management for live journeys.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll complete a ~ 30-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in practice.
  • This interview will focus on:
  • Designing lifecycle journeys with entry/exit criteria, branches, timing, and content logic
  • Building and QA’ing journeys in marketing automation platforms before activation
  • Configuring scoring models, thresholds, real-time triggers, and sales alerts
  • Tuning automation logic based on performance, sales feedback, consent rules, and failure modes
  • You will be asked to explain workflows specifically within: journey design, nurture automation, lead scoring, trigger management, and QA workflows.
  • You should only apply if you can confidently walk through these areas step-by-step based on your own experience and respond to AI-led interview questions with depth, clarity, and real-world examples.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing automation, lifecycle operations, CRM operations, or demand-generation automation
  • Direct, hands-on experience in journey design, nurture automation, lead scoring, trigger management, and QA workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to entry and exit criteria, wait steps, scoring thresholds, branch logic, MQL triggers, QA gates, and change management for live journeys
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Lucidchart
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
