Job Summary

Own and optimize the Marketing Operations function, turning strategy into scalable processes, roadmaps, and measurable performance while aligning Sales, Finance, and other partners to drive data-driven growth.

  • Marketing Operations Leadership: oversee team, planning, budgets, and capability development to scale marketing programs.
  • Process and Roadmap Design: standardize workflows, operating models, and execution calendars for reliable delivery.
  • Cross-functional Governance: coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HUS Marketing Team, including team oversight, resource planning, and professional development
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations to ensure effective execution of programs, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve scalable marketing processes, workflows, and operating models
  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps
  • Parter cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and other internal and external partners to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
  • Support sales enablement efforts through operational planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing tools and materials
  • Manage marketing operations budget, resources, and priorities to maximize impact and efficiency
  • Establish and monitor marketing performance metrics, reporting, and analytics to drive optimization and accountability
  • Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, serving as an escalation point and leading resolution efforts
  • Contribute to ongoing evolution and maturity of the marketing organization through process improvement and capability building

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in related marketing or operations role as an individual contributor
  • 1 – 3 years supervisory or people management experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in spoken and written English required
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive measurable performance improvements
  • Demonstrated experience managing business social media platforms and coordinating trade shows
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
  • Experience working for a U.S. Subsidiary of an overseas company preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and/or marketing to municipalities preferred
