Job Summary

Own the bank’s marketing operations backbone by aligning budgets, campaigns, and events with brand standards and growth goals, while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver consistent materials and high-impact market programs.

  • Operations ownership: run marketing ops, brand-aligned execution, and inventory/vendor management.
  • Event and campaign lifecycle: plan and execute events, sponsorships, and client communications across markets.
  • Strategic partnership and reporting: support Corporate Marketing Director, provide budgeting, metrics, and leadership-ready insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day marketing operations for the bank, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across all markets.
  • Manage marketing budgets and expense tracking, coordinates client communications and promotional initiatives, and leads the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
  • Serving as a key operational partner to the Corporate Marketing Director and Market Leadership teams, ensuring marketing materials, communications, and events reflect brand standards and support business development.

  • Performs other duties as assigned and assists in the delivery of corporate communications and executive messaging.
  • Oversees the production, ordering, and distribution of marketing collateral across markets, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and availability.
  • Manages relationships with approved vendors, print partners, and apparel providers to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Maintains accurate inventory levels of marketing and branch materials; coordinates with branch/market leadership on material use and distribution.
  • Coordinates and executes client communications including e-blasts, mailings, and operational notices; manages communication support for branch operations including schedules, updates, and signage.
  • Leads planning and execution of marketing events, sponsorships, and community initiatives; serves as a liaison to Market Leaders for event coordination and support, managing timelines, vendors, and onsite execution.
  • Tracks and manages marketing budgets and event expenses; reconciles transactions and maintains accurate reporting records; provides reporting insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to apply knowledge and sound judgment in decision-making using established guidelines.
  • Proficient level of computer competency including Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to function in a team environment; maintains a positive attitude and high level of integrity.
  • Able to maintain regular and predictable attendance and handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions; self-starter who can prioritize daily workflow.
  • Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills; thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
