Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, configure, and manage daily free to play contests aligned to the live sports calendar.
  • Apply deep sports knowledge to identify key matchups, storylines, and moments that will resonate with fans.
  • Monitor injuries, line changes, and real time game developments to proactively adjust contests and content.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to align game mechanics and messaging.
  • Support the build and maintenance of the FanApp content and marketing calendar across sports, promotions, and free to play.
  • Translate sports moments into clear plans for in app content with defined requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Legal, and Marketing to QA assets, ensure compliance, and approve executions.
  • Execute daily content and campaign setup, asset management, and live monitoring.
  • Provide off hours coverage (evenings/weekends) to launch or update content tied to live sporting events.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in game and content workflows and proactively propose solutions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, or content roles; sports industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of major sports preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple live workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to execute consistently while adapting quickly to change.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross functionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Occasional travel for team offsites or office collaboration.
