Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You are accountable for the holistic inbound market intelligence, global commercial positioning of new products. Your goal is to maximize global market share, de-risk product development, and scale your team’s capabilities.
  • Direct Market Requirements: Lead a team who collects global operator feedback, passenger trends, and regulatory updates to define Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Influence Multi-Year Roadmaps: Partner with Engineering and Product Development leaders to validate market demand early, ensuring R&D investments align with high-growth segments.
  • Competitive Moat Architecture: Synthesize macro-competitive intelligence to identify market disruptions, whitespace opportunities, and pricing strategies across all cabin domains.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align Sales, Strategy, Communications, and Engineering around unified launch timelines and global monetization strategies.
  • Value Proposition Ownership: Establish the overarching commercial messaging framework, moving the portfolio from feature-focused marketing to value-driven business cases.
  • Executive Advisory: Act as the primary subject matter expert for executive leadership, delivering market readiness briefs and portfolio health assessments.
  • Team Development: Manage, coach, and resource a team of individual Product Marketing Managers assigned to specific sub-domains (e.g., Seats, Digital Cabin).
  • Scalable Frameworks: Design and implement standardized GTM playbooks, product development support management plans, and performance metrics to elevate the team's operational efficiency.

Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience building and executing inbound product marketing strategies that directly influenced engineering roadmaps.
  • Deep expertise in aircraft modifications , passenger experience (PaxEx), or airline commercial operations.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree in Engineering or Marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional launch teams in a highly regulated matrix organization .
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with a track record of presenting complex business cases to C-suite stakeholders and global customers .
