Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to leverage data-driven insights into high-impact leisure promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Brand Stewardship: Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns, new amenity launches, and comprehensive property-wide initiatives.
  • Public Relations & Media: Oversee the property narrative by managing press releases, media kits, and cultivating strategic partnerships with key influencers and media outlets.
  • Digital Ecosystem Management: Maintain a sophisticated digital presence by overseeing the resort website, social media platforms, email marketing, and Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings.
  • Experiential Marketing: Facilitate on-site activations and brand collaborations to enhance the guest experience and drive engagement.
  • Operations & Asset Management: Direct the marketing calendar and oversee the production of creative assets (photography/videography) while managing third-party vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury entertainment sectors.
  • Digital Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of social media ecosystem management (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and digital consumer behavior.
  • Communications Mastery: Exceptional copywriting, presentation, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-departmental projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
