Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of global go-to-market frameworks that translate business goals into clear marketing strategy, messaging, channel approach, and execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize workstreams, align on objectives, and bring structure to complex, multi-market initiatives.
  • Develop integrated marketing briefs and strategic recommendations that guide creative, media, and channel execution across global campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution for priority launches and select global IMCs, ensuring strategic rigour, strong creative, scaled efforts and on-time delivery.
  • Agency Management: Work closely with creative and media agencies, as well as internal partners, to develop breakthrough, consumer-relevant, and operationally feasible marketing plans.
  • Support media and investment planning by helping shape how budgets are allocated, where to test, and how to scale what works.
  • Define measurement plans in partnership with analytics, research, and media teams; evaluate campaign performance, surface insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Scale Global Efforts: Build repeatable ways of working that improve speed, clarity, and quality across global and regional stakeholders.
  • Executive Communication: Create strong written materials and executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or go-to-market strategy, ideally at a fast-paced, consumer-facing brand.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields

Preferred

  • Experience creating scalable marketing operating models, planning frameworks, or playbooks across multiple markets.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and breakthrough work, with a high bar for quality, productivity, and delivering results
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build frameworks, connect the dots across workstreams, and turn ambiguity into clear action.
  • Experience managing agency partners and collaborating effectively with internal creative, media, analytics, comms, and operations teams.
  • Consumer obsessed, with a drive to continuously learn more about our core consumers, identify how our products meet their needs, and understand how to most effectively share our brand message with them.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy, prioritize investments, and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiencies.
  • A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve their skills and look for ways to contribute to the team. Thrives on challenges and can stay calm in complicated/complex situations.
