Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own our marketing stack, starting with HubSpot, and keep our data clean and useful
  • Build and run our email marketing in HubSpot: campaigns, sequences, and nurture workflows that move both paid and organic leads through the funnel
  • Manage lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and segmentation, run retargeting to keep warm leads moving, and hand sales-ready leads to the development team
  • Keep our content engine running across social, email, and blog, consistently and on schedule
  • Manage our design process and our outside design partners, from brief to final delivery, so our brand and our portfolio brands look right and stay on message
  • Write clear creative briefs and keep design projects on time and on budget
  • Own our brand guidelines and asset library so design stays consistent across every brand
  • Work with No Franchise Left Behind on ad budgets and lead generation strategy
  • Test and improve landing pages and funnels so more traffic becomes leads, and report on the full funnel from cost per lead to pipeline
  • Write the marketing playbooks and SOPs so what works becomes repeatable as we grow

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience across channels like content, social, and web
  • Website experience, and the ability to manage website projects and improvements. You don't need to build sites from scratch, but you know how to run the work and get results
  • Working knowledge of SEO and an understanding of AEO, with the ability to grow organic traffic and leads through good content and site structure
  • Strong writing. You can turn a complicated offer into a clear story
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including email workflows, sequences, and lifecycle marketing
  • The ability to manage outside vendors and a design process, keeping the work on brand and on deadline
  • A builder's instinct. You like an early-stage company where you write the playbook instead of running someone else's
  • Ownership of outcomes. You move fast and don't need a plan handed to you to get going

Preferred

  • Nice to have: experience with the StoryBrand framework from Donald Miller, since you'll own that process for us and our portfolio brands.

Benefits

  • Looking ahead. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is not in place today. We plan to roll those benefits out later this year, and we’ll be straight with you about where things stand when we talk.
  • Company gatherings. Remote doesn’t mean disconnected. We bring the team together in person so you know the people you’re building with.
  • Your home office. We’ll set you up with the equipment you need to do this job well from wherever you work.
  • Growth and development. A discretionary budget for your professional growth: the courses, certifications, conferences, and tools that make you better at your craft.
  • A real seat at the table. You’re our first full-time marketing hire, reporting directly to the President & COO. You’ll build this function rather than inherit it, and you’ll help shape the team that comes after you.
