Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of sales support and marketing strategies and tactics, advertising, market research, communications, public relations, and product development
• Implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the bank's annual operating plan
• Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions
• Coordinate work with the division, department, or unit, as well as with other divisions, departments, or units
• Supervise assigned personnel
• Comply with established operating policies and procedures
• Ensure the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements
• Communicate with appropriate management and staff personnel
• Respond to inquiries
• Maintain records and provide periodic reports

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a related field of study with a minimum of 4 years related experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
