Job Summary

Own the end-to-end luxury hospitality marketing function including brand, digital content, PR, reputation, and website initiatives to drive guest engagement and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies, campaigns, and seasonal activations.
  • Maintain and evolve The Chanler’s brand standards across all platforms and guest touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and advertising initiatives.
  • Lead marketing efforts surrounding seasonal programming, holidays, special events, partnerships, and awards.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue.
  • Social Media & Content: Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Social Media & Content: Oversee photography and video content across the property.
  • Social Media & Content: Build and maintain a forward-looking content calendar.
  • Social Media & Content: Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
  • Social Media & Content: Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, travel, or luxury consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, SEO, analytics, email marketing, and reputation management.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and external partners.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing and design platforms, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social scheduling tools, Google Analytics, Guestfolio, OpenTable, and content management systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
