Job Summary

Own the student-growth experiments end-to-end: identify where students gather, run rapid growth tests, and translate data into iterative campaigns that move engagement and conversions, all while speaking authentically to a campus audience.

  • Watering Holes: Identify digital and physical spaces where students cluster and tailor experiments to those channels.
  • Growth Experiments: Launch campaigns, measure conversions, kill underperformers, and pivot quickly.
  • Content & Community: Create energetic assets and become the brand face in student communities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify "Watering Holes": Locate the digital (Discord, Reddit, TikTok, niche forums) and physical (campus hubs, summer festivals, local hangouts) spaces where students congregate.
  • Execute Growth Experiments: Launch creative campaigns to drive assessment completions. Think viral loops, referral programs, influencer outreach, or guerrilla marketing.
  • Analyze & Iterate: Track conversion rates for every tactic. If a strategy isn't hitting the numbers, kill it fast and pivot to the next idea.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-energy, persuasive messaging and assets that resonate with a student audience.
  • Community Engagement: Act as the face of the brand in student communities, building trust and driving action with authentic excitement.
  • You won’t just be "helping out"; you’ll be running experiments, analyzing data, and iterating daily to see what moves the needle.
