Job Description

Responsibilities

  • assistance in market research, help develop and execute marketing strategies, finding prospects, and support sales initiatives.

  • gathering feedback to optimize customer service

Requirements

  • Billingual in Vietnamese is required.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and teams.
  • Experience or interest in Market Research and the ability to gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing Strategy, with an interest in learning and implementing business growth initiatives.
  • Adaptability, teamwork skills, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
