Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop recommendations for a 12‑month, integrated go‑to‑market (GTM) plan for select customers in the Decorator Channel
  • Participate in brand discussions and strategic meetings to gain deeper insights
  • Research competitors to identify and compare strategic marketing opportunities
  • Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks for the department or departments as assigned.
  • Job shadow various members of the department and assist them as needed.
  • Support various integrated marketing product team with various essential tasks such as product list creation, brief research and image collection
  • Participate in intern cohort activities including: professional development workshops, warehouse tours, and meetings with leadership.
  • May perform or support special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsive to staff needs, including professionalism, respect and consideration of others
