Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and vision for the marketing function to ensure the highest standards of excellence and efficiency.
  • Serve as a member of the RBG executive leadership team, working collaboratively across BU to ensure that its programs and other priority initiatives are adequately resourced and conducted.
  • Partners with Sales Executives and leaders to develop agile systems and processes that keep RBD highly responsive to consumer trends and positioned to be the best in the industry, while ensuring compliance and minimizing exposure to risk.
  • Key leader of acquisition and integration strategies.
  • Leads and mentors Marketing Managers to ensure they have the tools and resources to partner effectively with their respective BU, including succession planning, goal setting, professional development, performance management, compensation, and recruitment to model results focused strategies and goals.
  • Partners with other Reyes Holdings business units to align resources and achieve leverage scale.
  • Advise on, and contribute to the Succeed as One strategic road-map to ensure its success.
  • Provides leadership and vision for the marketing function to ensure the highest performance standards are provided
  • Coordinate sales efforts with BU Sales Executives and East Coast leadership to insure implementation of overall strategy and marketing programs.
  • Enhance supplier relations through development, communication, and monitoring of annual and monthly business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience and/or the development and management of short and long-term business plans, operating budgets and analysis.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the food or beverage industry, and no less than five (5) years of experience in an executive leadership role.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred

  • Master’s or other advanced degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Supplier experience is preferred 3-5 years in multiple ascending roles.
