Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, demand generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.
