Own the marketing engine for a fintech product, balancing paid and organic growth with education content to activate and convert traders.

Growth Ownership: CAC, LTV, ROAS across paid, organic, content, and lifecycle
Channel & Community: Reddit, Discord, YouTube, X, finance media, influencer/affiliate programs
Content & Activation: SEO articles and short-form video to educate traders and drive signups

Responsibilities\n

Own the full marketing strategy across paid, organic, content, email, and social
Build and manage performance marketing campaigns and report on CAC, LTV, and ROAS
Grow ThetaPal's presence in trading communities (Reddit, Discord, YouTube, X, and finance media)
Develop content that educates traders and drives signups, from SEO articles to short-form video
Lead lifecycle and email marketing to improve activation, conversion, and retention
Partner with product and engineering to launch features and translate them into clear value
Manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership programs
Hire and lead a marketing team as we scale, and manage agencies and contractors
Set goals, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions on where to invest
