Job Summary

Own the customer relationship and service cycle, while supporting the agent with marketing goals and lead development for insurance products.

  • Manage ongoing customer follow-up and relationship building to drive service satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market suitable products.
  • Support the agent in achieving marketing goals and finding cross-sell opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
