Responsibilities

• Creating and scheduling engaging content across our social media platforms
• Responding to customer comments, messages, and online reviews
• Writing blogs, customer success stories, case studies, press releases, and website content
• Visiting job sites to capture photos, videos, and before-and-after transformations
• Coordinating home shows, community events, and trade shows from planning through execution
• Managing customer review platforms, including Google Reviews
• Auditing lead sources within i360 to ensure marketing accuracy
• Promoting our customer referral program through email campaigns
• Collaborating with multiple departments on marketing initiatives and creative projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• At least one year of internship or professional marketing experience
• Experience creating digital content and managing social media platforms
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred

• Experience planning events is a plus
