Job Summary
Own the client-facing content engine, coordinating social, email, and visuals to drive visibility and engagement for real estate marketing clients.
- Plan day-to-day social activity across platforms and produce performance insights for ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple platforms
- Coordinate and oversee photoshoots
- Create, design, and manage client email campaigns
- Develop content strategies and maintain consistent content distribution
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain engagement and communication with clients and collaborators
- Highly organized and comfortable working in a self-paced environment
- Interested in marketing and real estate
- Strong communicator with the ability to write engaging, on-brand content
- Creative with an eye for design and visual storytelling
- Motivated to increase visibility and stay ahead in a fast-changing market
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Instagram, Facebook, WordPress, and email platforms (Mailchimp or Constant Contact)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
- Collaborative, positive attitude with a focus on results
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Background in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field (preferred)
