Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging and compelling website and social media content to showcase our products and services.
  • Capture photos and videos at project sites for use in website content and social media campaigns.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, including tracking budgets and analyzing lead generation success.
  • Communicate project and task updates effectively using project management software.
  • Coordinate and attend local home shows to represent the company. (seasonally; about 6 weekends a year)
  • Own and support all assigned marketing projects and promotions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and team to achieve department goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a Marketing or Communication role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Willingness to visit active projects in the field for education and content gathering.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset who hits deadlines consistently.
  • Able and willing to visit local, active installations weekly for content gathering and educational purposes.
  • High proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Meta, and similar software.

Preferred

  • Clear and consistent communication skills, with openness to feedback and collaboration.
  • Comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback about projects and tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data points for optimal decision-making.
  • Optimistic and cooperative approach to projects.
  • Capable of working individually, as a team, and across departments.
  • Strong skills in writing, analyzing data, organization, and time management.
  • Aptitude for making things better, more efficient, and effective.
