Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing workflow from campaign planning and content creation to performance analysis, while collaborating across departments to launch products, events, and community initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Design engaging graphics, advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage and update website content using the organization's Content Management System (CMS).
  • Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives and website optimization.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across the Credit Union's social media platforms while monitoring engagement and performance.
  • Assist in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), social media analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Develop reports measuring website traffic, campaign performance, digital advertising ROI, and member engagement.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and basic video editing for marketing campaigns, events, and member communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Internship, freelance, volunteer, or professional marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Experience creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business, organization, internship, or college project.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and website analytics.
  • Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Experience with photography, videography, and basic video editing.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, or Adobe Firefly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
