Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and supports marketing and communication projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met across internal departments and external vendors.
  • Develops and designs marketing materials for print and digital use, including brochures, mailers, posters, banners, web graphics, business cards, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards and approved messaging.
  • Creates, edits, and distributes content for various channels, including the intranet, employee and patient newsletters, website, digital marketing, news releases, and social media, to support timely and consistent messaging aligned with the health center's brand, voice, and communication standards.
  • Manages and updates digital platforms including the company website, SharePoint, and social media to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintains inventory of marketing, promotional, and custom materials, building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal teams and vendors to control inventory, initiate project requests, place orders, and ensure availability.
  • Coordinates with print, web, and media vendors to ensure brand consistency and cost-effective production while maintaining accurate records of final materials.
  • Organizes and maintains accurate and up-to-date marketing assets, files, and records to support project tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinates community events and sponsorships, including managing logistics, arranging materials, and supporting event staffing as needed.
  • Serves as a departmental point of contact, resolving or routing inquiries, concerns, and communications to appropriate team members.
  • Assists in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials for leadership and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and development of marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License required with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR), per FHC guidelines.
