Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Capture photo and video content of installations and completed projects
• Content Creation: Create before/after transformation content
• Content Creation: Film and edit customer testimonials
• Content Creation: Produce short-form and long-form video content
• Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
• Digital Marketing: Maintain and update company website
• Digital Marketing: Develop seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives
• Paid Advertising: Create and manage digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• Paid Advertising: Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROAS)

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and content creation preferred
• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns
• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
• Basic understanding of SEO and website management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license (travel to job sites required)

Preferred

• Experience in home services marketing
• CRM and automation experience
• Drone photography/video
• Graphic design skills
