Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Capture photo and video content of installations and completed projects
- Content Creation: Create before/after transformation content
- Content Creation: Film and edit customer testimonials
- Content Creation: Produce short-form and long-form video content
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Digital Marketing: Maintain and update company website
- Digital Marketing: Develop seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives
- Paid Advertising: Create and manage digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Paid Advertising: Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROAS)
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation preferred
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns
- Strong video shooting and editing skills
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO and website management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license (travel to job sites required)
Preferred
- Experience in home services marketing
- CRM and automation experience
- Drone photography/video
- Graphic design skills
