Job Summary

Drive Marketing and Communications for Ave Maria College as a fixed-term officer focused on brand and engagement.

  • Own marketing and communications outputs that support the College's strategic direction.
  • Must-have: Tertiary qualification in Marketing & Communications or equivalent.
  • Standout: Fixed-term full-time role (June–Dec 2026) with WWCC requirement.

Responsibilities

  • The successful applicants will be expected to support and uphold the Strategic Direction of the College.
  • They will be supported by the leadership structures within the College, as well as an effective Professional Learning program.
  • The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing & Communication or equivalent marketing experience
  • Experience and proficiency with using Microsoft 365, Adobe In Design and databases
  • Ability to be strategic, creative, visionary and have an eye for design when marketing and communicating about the College
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or the capacity to obtain WWC
