Responsibilities

• Paid Media & Investment — Own paid media strategy across digital, social, programmatic, and retail media (Amazon, Walmart, Target.com, Instacart). Translate brand goals into media direction driving awareness, penetration, and repeat purchase; continuously optimize spend against established KPIS and maintain performance dashboards.
• Integrated 360 Planning — Build the end-to-end communications plan integrating paid, PR, retail/shopper, and social into one coherent go-to-market program. Serve as the connective tissue across Equity, Shopper, and Social/PR teams; write sharp creative/media briefs; support new item launches with fully integrated plans.
• Beauty Repositioning & Partnerships — Identify, evaluate, and help negotiate cross-brand partnerships (co-marketing, collaborations, cultural tie-ins) that elevate Q-Tips' beauty credibility, in partnership with Equity to protect brand positioning. Track beauty/personal care trends to surface relevant opportunities.
• Retail & Commerce Activation — Align paid media with Shopper Marketing's retail activation, sampling, and merchandising; support digital shelf/PDP performance (ratings, A+ content, retail media) alongside eCommerce partners.
• Measurement & Accountability — Define and report against a KPI framework (media efficiency, penetration, NTB%, repeat rate, earned reach); manage the communications budget with rigor and numbers-first discipline.
• Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership — Manage media/creative agency relationships and hold them accountable to strategy and performance; align broad stakeholder groups through strong project leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing communications, media, or integrated brand marketing (beauty/personal care or a brand undergoing repositioning preferred)
• Hands-on paid media experience (Meta Ads Manager, Amazon DSP, programmatic, Google Analytics) with proven planning/optimization ability
• Experience building integrated multi-channel plans across paid, earned, and retail
• Brand partnership/co-marketing experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable in a PE-owned, results-accountable environment where results are closely tracked against near-term financial targets
• Strong agency management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
