Job Summary

Own and coordinate the creation of visual content across photo and video, converting concepts into on-brand assets for multi-channel marketing and events.

  • Video & Long-form: Support storyboarding, shooting, and editing engaging video content for short-form moments and longer campaigns.
  • Photo & Asset Ops: Capture, organize, tag, and deliver polished visuals aligned with brand standards.
  • Strategy & Insights: Collaborate on brainstorming, market research, and audience intelligence to guide content direction.

Job Description

Own and drive the end-to-end content production pipeline across photo, video, and written materials to support multi-channel marketing, delivering on-brand visuals and engaging formats aligned to company goals.

  • Video Production: Assist with storyboarding, filming, and editing engaging, short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form video projects.
  • Photography: Capture high-quality still photos for social media, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Post-Production: Edit footage and images using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or mobile apps (CapCut/VN) to deliver polished, brand-aligned content.

  • Content Strategy & Distribution: Create content for various audiences to be distributed on multiple channels including website, social media, direct email, and printed materials.
  • Asset Management: Organize, tag, and maintain photo and video files within our digital asset management system.
  • Collaboration & Research: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to align visual content with company goals and conduct market research, content analytics, and audience outreach intelligence.
